By nature there is always a long list of items to get in order before returning to Misima Island. Preparing to do another round of filming is no small task as one might imagine. In October, Misima director, Bryan Pitcher, will be returning for his third and final stay on the island.

We rested in the shade and drank sui (coconut water). We hitched a ride on a passing truck and road to another village, where DD attended Primary School. My thought was that I could film her giving us a tour of the small campus and share some memories of her youth.

I arrived to the Parascos' family home in Awayama on Monday evening. I used that first evening to catch up with DD and learn what she's been up to since I was with her last year.
